The meeting has the collaboration of the University of Tübingen, one of Europe’s oldest science universities

The Orthopedic Clinic Markgröningen (OKM, http://www.okm.de/neu/index.php, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany) holds -from today until next Saturday- the seventh edition of its wrist surgery course. In this new edition, the faculty panel of this scientific-medical meeting gathers together again several of the world’s leading experts in hand-wrist, thanks to the support, among other entities, of the University of Tübingen.

Dr. Del Pinal delivers this afternoon, along with other experts, a theoretical and practical course on wrist examination. Tomorrow morning, as individual speaker, the Spanish surgeon will address the fractures around the distal radioulnar joint; closing his participation in the evening, with an intervention focused on vascularized osteochondral grafts.

The course is coordinated by the German surgeon Dr. Max Haerle, head of the department of plastic and hand surgery of the OKM. Haerle is the current president of the European Society of Wrist Arthroscopy  (EWAS –http://www.wristarthroscopy.eu/), whose General Secretariat is held by Dr. Del Piñal.
