This technical training event took place in Copenhagen last 2nd and 3rd December

Dr. Francisco del Piñal joined again the list of foreign lecturers of the annual course on wrist arthroscopy in the Nordic area (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden), held last week in Copenhagen. dry arthroscopy

This fourth edition – dedicated to basic skills and new developments in arthroscopies performance – had only four non-Nordic physicians in training and practical demonstration tasks: besides Dr. Del Piñal, Drs. Atzei (Italy), Mathoulin (France) and PC Ho (Hong Kong).

During his stay in Copenhagen, Dr. Piñal adressed, among other things, the keys to the dry arthroscopy procedure, developed and implemented in his clinic as international pioneers. This surgical technique allows to face more complex wrist fixations, reduce recovery times and increase the prospects for success.
