The Spanish surgeon operated in 2013 a ligamental injury on the twice European open champion

Israeli judoka Or Sasson won the bronze medal at the IJF Judo Grand Prix in Zagreb last September 14th, in the category of +100 kgr.

This new achievement of Sasson comes less than a year after completing the recovery from his right wrist serious injury, successfully operated by Dr. Del Piñal by means of an arthroscopic reconstruction of the damaged ligaments.

The patient was referred to the clinic of Dr. Del Piñal by Dr. Hagar Patish, head of the Hand Surgery Unit of the Barzilai Center (Ashkelon, Israel) and a member of the Israeli Association of Sports Medicine.
