Male, 34, suffers partial loss of his left leg in a traffic accident, affecting the skin, muscle, tibia and fibula. Part of the scapula (as bone stabilizer), serratus muscle (back, side of the torso) and back skin are transferred.

During the process the impact on the tibia is restored and coverage for the skin loss is provided. As a result, the patient regains mobility and function.
