The Instituto de Cirugía Plástica y de la Mano Piñal y Asociados offers you a comprehensive attention service at five levels:
First contact and appointment management
The patient care team will answer your initial consultation and ask you for the information needed to proceed with your medical appointment, when appropriate. This process will take place in Spanish, English, French, German or Italian, depending on your needs.

Travel and accommodation
Our team will provide you with information and assistance in managing hotel and transportation bookings, if desired.
Santander is connected by plane with the major European cities, through the airports of Parayas and Bilbao (Loiu), about 10 and 70 minutes from the clinic, respectively. Our patient help service includes free transport to our facilities from the latter and also from the airport of Asturias (Oviedo-Gijón belt, with a route time of 140 minutes approximately).
How to arrive
Dr. Piñal receives patients from all over Spain and beyond our borders. Santander has direct air connection through its airport (Seve Ballesteros-Santander) with Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga and Canary Islands (North and South Tenerife); as well as with Brussels, Dublin, Duisburg-Düsseldorf (Niederrhein), Edinburgh, Lisbon, London, Milan and Rome (information subject to seasonal changes, please check: http://www.aena.es/csee/Satellite/DestinosEspana/en/?origen=SDR&destino=TOD&language=EN_EN).
For other places of origin, the nearby Bilbao-Loiu airport (100 km.) Is available.

Your stay
If you come to Santander to undergo surgery, our patient service will be available to provide you support on needs which could arise during your stay.
This stay does not exceed 24-48 hours in most of the procedures performed by our surgeons.
Clinical attention in several languages
The entire medical team of Piñal y Asociados speaks English (Dr. Del Piñal himself is fluent in English and French). Besides, our attention service may also assist you in the rest of the abovementioned languages, ie, Spanish, French, German and Italian.

Facilities
The Instituto de Cirugía Plástica y de la Mano Piñal y Asociados works in several locations. Medical consultations and patient support services are placed at our clinics at Serrano, 58 (Madrid) and Paseo de Pereda, 20 (Santander, Cantabria), while surgical procedures are performed at Hospital La Luz (General Rodrigo, 8 – Madrid) and Clínica Mompía (Santa Cruz de Bezana, Cantabria).
Our clinics provide top medical equipment and premises allowing us to put into practice the last surgical techniques in orthopaedic, traumatologic, plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
