37-year-old male patient, Civil Guard by profession, meniscectomised in both knees in the past with progressive varus deformity of both knees and pain for his daily activities and work activities.
After evaluation of the case, it was decided to submit the patient to two osteotomies of the tibia to correct his progressive deformity, which would otherwise require the fitting of knee prostheses in a short space of time.
After the surgeries and the corresponding rehabilitation, the patient reports no pain and is able to carry out his work without painkillers.
